The terrace is heritage listed, located in a quiet, tree lined street. Just off Enmore road (2 minutes from Cow & Moon), it is within walking distance to USYD, ~8 minutes to Newtown station and the buzz of Newtown / Enmore.
Room is hug , with high ceilings and furnished with queen size beds, desk & chair + book case, and serviced with fast, unlimited internet.
Room also has private verandah (pictured).
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a great gas cooktop and very, very large fridge. Also includes laundry (washing machine + dryer that is free for use).
The garden/courtyard is a perfect place to wind down and enjoy the the sun !
A weekly professional cleaner takes care of the communal areas. Price is inclusive of bills (i.e., no additional bills !)
Room 1 - $460- 3.5 metres x 3.8 metres.
Persons staying until 31 July 2026 or 31 January 2027 are much preferred. But persons staying for less will definitely still be considered. Please reach out for an inspection or video tour.

They are responsible in maintaining the house in excellent condition and are very sociable while they value housemates' privacy.
Cleanliness takes priority in their everyday life. Persons fitting a simmilar profile are preferred. Non-smokers are also preferred.
