About the property

2-br apartment in a quiet, dead-end street in Enmore, within easy waking distance of Stanmore station and buses/restaurants on Enmore rd.

The bathroom and kitchen were recently upgraded and the apartment block is well kept and has a good vibe. It's right next to a park, with school grounds beyond.

The apartment is fully furnished except for your room which has a very large wardrobe (seen in photo). At the moment this room will only fit a single bed, but we have permission to disassemble half the wardrobe if you want (shouldn't be too difficult). Once half the wardrobe has been relocated, a double bed will fit in there easily.

The common spaces and kitchen are comfortably full, but we could probably accommodate a few more items of furniture etc if needed. There's a decent tv/chromecast/netflix. Unlimited NBN (50/20) connected last month - included in rental amount.

It's important to me that this be a comfortable home and sanctuary from the vagaries of life, and not just accommodation. To that end, I'm keen on open and ongoing communication and cooperation. I like to live cleanly, particularly in the bathroom and kitchen, but not to an OCD level. Like most people, I desire some alone time, but I also like to be social and share cooking/meals on occasion. There will definitely be some occasional baked goods!

Rent includes internet. Does NOT include electricity or any other costs.

About the flatmates

I'm a middle aged guy from Sydney: kindhearted, intense and smartarse by turns; an intellectual humorist with a background in the health sciences, and a foreground taste for the the artsy, random, carnivalesque streetlife atmosphere that manifests in the inner-inner west.
