There is a room available in a 2-br apartment in a quiet street in Enmore.

It's a short walk to the train station and bus stop. USyd is not far by bus. Central station is 10mins by train. Shops and restaurants are close by. So is the vibrant colourful nightlife of Enmore Road and King Street Newtown.

The whole place is fully furnished, but if you have some stuff, we can talk about how/if it might fit.

There is a large wardrobe, double bed and a small desk and chair in the available room.

The apartment has new air-conditioning units. High speed unlimited internet is stable. There's a chromecast device on the TV. There is a park with swings and electric BBQ right next door.

I buy some cleaning stuff and staples like condiments and oils.

Let's share a comfortable home/sanctuary, and not just accommodation. I think ongoing communication and cooperation is key. We don't have to be best friends, but we have to trust each other and have a cheerful relationship.

I like to live in a clean and quiet place, but obviously it gets a little messy sometimes too : life happens! I'm hoping you are ok with contributing to regular cleaning of the shared spaces.

Like most people, I desire some alone time, but I also like to be a little social and share cooking/meals now and then, if we both agree.

I hope to find a person who has a sense of humour and is trustworthy.
