Single bed room no5 on ground floor no stairs close to everything in a Huge new open plan house with 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms the nicest of which is ladies only, nice sunny foyer great little study area or for reading with big private backyard; With plenty of easy safe parking on really wide road in front of the house if you need
Coffee shop, Bottlo (aussie for bottle shop) and takeaway shop only 5 minutes walk, with Coles supermarket 10 minutes walk or 10 minute bus ride
MUST love dogs! As I have 2 older dogs who love people and run around the house thinking an acting like they are kids lol
Couples welcome for extra $75 for the extra person
All bills covered and we split the electricity bill ONLY every 3 months BUT we have solar panels so cheapest bill was only $79 each for 3 months the most expensive is in winter with central heater warming the whole house all time which was 295 each for the quarter/3 months (so was still less than 100 a month to be warm all winter)
NO smoking/vaping/incents or scented candles or alike sorry I have allergies to all the chemicals and fake smells etc :(
I supply dishwashing liquid and laundry powder and cleaning products that dont effect my allergies for free
Note I also can have allergic reactions sneezing itching to some strong perfumes deodorants etc unfortunately sorry for the hassle 😞

Hi Im from a small country town in the outback of Australia and I grew up riding horses motor bikes camping hunting fishing farming running wild in the bush with now shoes on etc kinda like Chris Hemsworth an his bothers did; although most think I am more akin to Keanu/John Wick with my dogs, If Keanu lifted an put on 20kg muscle which maybe he will do for his Berserker show he wrote will direct and star in ;)
I moved to Sydney after completing my pastry chef degree to manage health food stores and now I run my all natural health and sports nutrition company from home office and fulfill website orders from small home warehouse at back of house
I used to compete professionally in bodybuilding and I still train everyday to stay fit healthy an in shape :) Then walk my 2 dogs Portia 16 and Loki 15 who I call and are my kids/kidogs after training everyday at the park bush reserve or take them to beach for a swim weather. I relax/chill before bed with a favorite tv show or movie on Netflix Disney Prime Apple RE my Chris an Keanu references above ;P
Gladys and Enyce are sistas and both students at Macquarie University and both work long hours when not at uni or studying
Vish is an electrical engineer who is on visa studying masters MQU and works as chef at Grilled every night so also rarely home
Melinda is full time theater nurse at Macquarie uni hospital now she finished her nursing degree from MQU
