Hello there, I'm looking for a flatmate to share my apartment!

*Location: New apartment, Right In front of Epping Station(Major station)
*Room: Private second bedroom with your own bathroom.
*Rent: $430 per week.
*Terms: 3-month minimum stay, 3 weeks' bond, 2 weeks' notice.

*The bathroom, Balcony are located right in front of your room.
The master bedroom is on the opposite side of the apartment.

*Furnished
*Bill's included.
*Brand new coffe machine
*toilet paper will be provided
*Dish washing liquid&tablet will be provided
*Excellent Condition, Safe, Quiet and Clean home in a Prime location.

When you open the window,
There's no noise or pollution
*just fresh air and the sound of birds.
*Beautiful area view

*Major station & Metro
Cleaner and safer and more train lines than others.
More trains and express trains available than other regular stations.

*It's a prime location with easy and Straight quick access to the City, Chatswood, Macquarie Park, Strathfield, and more.

Right in front of the building, you'll find a Chemist Warehouse, an Asian supermarket, Post office, cafes, and restaurants.
IGA and a gym are a 3 minute walk away, and Coles is a 6 minute walk.

*No inviting friends over.
*Prefer someone who keeps home clean.
*No smoker
*I live with a shy one-year-old kitten.
