About the flatmates
My roommate (Claud) and I (Chris) are looking for a 3rd and potentially 4th person to move into the 4 bedroom house we will be renting in the Epping/Cherrybrook area.
I'm an R&D chemist in the pharmaceutical industry working and studying full time out of the house, and Claud is an accountant who works from home full time.
I am fairly busy with work, music, cycling and my PhD, and Claud works long hours so this is not an extremely social/party house but we are mates and hoping to keep the good vibes with an LGBT friendly (Claud is gay), clean and pet friendly roommate (I have a cat). Other musicians, cyclists or postgrad researchers would also be great.
We are looking for a 4 bedroom house close to the metro or Hornsby train line in the Cherrybrook/Hornsby/Epping area with a budget of $300-$400/week per room (so around $1200/week total). This means <40 minutes to the city on the metro, but cheaper and more privacy than the city. Also close to Macquarie University if you study there.
