Hi, I’m Georgia, a nearly 40 year-old woman currently in a transitional phase of life and looking for the right person to share my home with. I’m calm, considerate, and value a peaceful, respectful living environment.
I run a support services business with my sister and tend to live a fairly balanced, low-key lifestyle. I won’t be around until March, so I’m ideally looking for someone who is independent and comfortable settling into the space during that time.
The home has been recently refreshed, with a newly renovated kitchen, fresh paint completed just a couple of weeks ago, and a newly updated bathroom. It’s a comfortable, well-cared-for space, and photos will be uploaded shortly.
At the moment, the garage is being used to store some of my belongings, so it’s not available for car parking. That said, there is always street parking available, and you’re more than welcome to store a few boxes in the garage if needed.
The house is fully furnished — no furniture required — and everything needed for comfortable living is already here, including a large TV. This is a relaxed household rather than a party house. I’m open to pets, as long as they’re well suited to shared living and cared for responsibly.
Finding the right fit is important to me, and I’m hoping to share the space with someone who treats a home with care and calm positive energy.
