About the property

This is truly a hidden gem and a place that feels like home, not just somewhere to sleep. The apartment is thoughtfully laid out so we each have our own space — your bedroom and bathroom sit on the opposite side of the apartment to the master/ensuite, with no shared walls, making it quiet, private and very comfortable for two people living together.

Your room is spacious (approx. 3 x 4m), filled with natural light and finished with brand new timber flooring. It easily fits a double bed, bedside tables and a dresser. You’ll have a built-in double mirrored wardrobe, plus exclusive use of the main bathroom with four generous vanity cupboards — so plenty of storage and very much your own bathroom.

The apartment has ducted air-conditioning with zoned controls, and your bedroom has its own control panel and a large window that opens. The apartment itself is fully furnished — you’d just need your bedroom furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped (I love to cook), and it’s a space that’s actually used and enjoyed, whether that’s cooking together or just chatting over a glass of wine.

The unit is in a modern Meriton complex with a beautiful open-plan kitchen and living area that gets gorgeous afternoon light thanks to its westerly aspect. Being the last building before a bush regeneration zone, the apartment has leafy, private views — including from your bedroom. The balcony overlooks the bush and is incredibly peaceful; it honestly feels like a little retreat after a busy day.

You’ll have access to all the complex amenities including a lap pool, gym, sauna, spa, tennis court, BBQ facilities and beautifully maintained gardens and grounds. There’s also a playground within the complex (a bonus as friends with kids visit). Ona Café is just a 50-metre walk away and is a local favourite for great coffee, matcha, avo toast and fish tacos.

The building is managed by three onsite building managers. While there is street parking, there’s also plenty of visitor parking within the complex that can be opened on demand for guests — so having friends over is easy and stress-free.

I bought all brand-new furniture when I moved in, giving the apartment a fresh, calm and welcoming feel. It’s the kind of place that feels good to come home to, and I’m hoping to find someone friendly, respectful and easy-going to share it with.

About the flatmates

A bit about me -
I am a 28F professional who works in the environmental science services sector. I work from home nearly fulltime under the watchful eye of my 3 year old cuddly tabby cat Nala.

I'm really into training, love a gym session, run, cycle or swim - or the odd coffee walk and chat. Whilst I love to visit friends and go exploring on the weekends, I also lAbout me

I’m a 28-year-old professional working in the environmental science services sector and work from home most days, usually alongside my very cuddly three-year-old tabby cat, Nala. She’s friendly, quiet and loves a sunny window or a mid-day nap, and generally adds to the calm, homely feel of the apartment.

I enjoy a balanced routine and a home that feels comfortable and lived-in. I love staying active — gym sessions, running, cycling and swimming — but I’m just as happy with a coffee walk and a chat. On weekends I like catching up with friends or exploring new spots around Sydney, balanced with slower time at home cooking, reading or knitting. I’ve really made the apartment into a warm, welcoming space that’s easy to unwind in at the end of the day.

You’ll often find me line dancing on Tuesdays, heading out for sunrise swims at the beach on weekends, or popping into wine bars and bakeries in search of a great croissant. I was born and raised in Sydney but have travelled to over 50 countries, so travel is a big passion of mine. I’m currently learning Spanish ahead of a long-term goal trip to South America in 2028.

The vibe at home -
The apartment has a relaxed, cosy feel and suits someone who values a peaceful, comfortable home. It’s a place where you can focus during the day, then properly switch off in the evenings — whether that’s cooking dinner, watching something on the couch or enjoying a quiet night in. Shared spaces are kept tidy and respectful, and the atmosphere is friendly and low-stress.

Who I’m looking for -
I’m hoping to find a friendly, considerate and easy-going flatmate who’s clean, respectful and enjoys a calm home environment. Someone who’s happy to have the occasional chat or shared meal, but also values their own space and independence, would be a great fit.

This is very much a home rather than a party house — guests are welcome, but the overall feel is relaxed, cosy and drama-free. And you’ll need to be happy sharing with one very sweet, well-behaved cat.

If this sounds like the kind of place you’d love to come home to, I’d really love to hear from you.
