The house is in a leafly and quiet street. The room is large with big wardrobe and double bed. The kitchen and bathroom are new modern with wide open plan.
House rules: Everyone has a turn in cleaning one a week. Keep quiet after 10:30pm.No party and no visitor staying overnight. However relative can stay with extra charge $100/week or $20/day.
It requires a min of 3 months contract . This room is for rent at $320 or $340 per week . The internet is free but electricity bills is shared aprox 10/week.
Option for couple with extra $60 per week.
