We are on the search for a short-term housemate ~3 months.
Have a read below for general details:
3-bedroom house with a small front and back yard.
Two occupants residing long-term currently:
1. Kat (myself 30yo F/T physiotherapist)
2. Praven (28yo F/T office worker)

Location: Between Parramatta and West Ryde.
Close to Parramatta (10-15 min drive) , West Ryde (5 min drive), and riverside walking tracks, with buses right at the doorstep.
Public transport:
- Frequent bus services along Vic Road with direct routes to Parramatta, West Ryde, Eastwood, and the Sydney CBD.
- Easy connections to West Ryde and Meadowbank train stations.
- Convenient access to Parramatta River ferries via nearby wharves.
Parking: Available on the property or in the quiet back street.
Location: On a main road with back street access so accessing the home doesn't need to be through the main road.

Kitchen: Modern with gas stove, oven, and dishwasher. Very spacious and enough for multiple people cooking at the same time.
