About the property
As you’ll see from the photos, I’ve just signed the lease so I haven’t fully moved in yet (these are photos I took at the home open or from the online listing). You’ll have your own modern bedroom that opens onto a courtyard facing balcony and your own bathroom. The apartment is in a super modern building right next to Erskineville train station and Woolworths.
The neighbours are genuinely lovely (one of the main reasons I’m staying in the same building and just moving apartments). I’ll be furnishing the living area and kitchen, so you’ll just need to furnish your bedroom and bathroom.
I do have a cat, and she will be very present in your life as Eleanor is a bit of a social butterfly and likes to be involved in everything.

Hey! I’m Kath, a 26 year old Irish-Australian that's been back in Sydney for the last 3.5 years. I work full-time as a business management consultant in the city and am in the office five days a week.
I’ve been living in Erskineville for the past three years and have just signed the lease on this apartment, moving in on Feb 4. I’m moving from a one-bedder for a bit more space and a roommate. I’m clean, tidy, and organised, and like keeping the place calm and comfortable.
During the week I’ll usually catch up with friends for the odd dinner or drink, and on weekends I love heading to the beach. Otherwise, I’m pretty happy chilling at home and recharging after work. I cook a bit and am definitely more into a respectful, easygoing household than a party house.
I also have an 8-year-old cat called Eleanor Rigby who loves people, is super sweet and great company if you work from home.
