Let’s be real, the economy is tough, and good value in Sydney is hard to find. At this price point, you’d be hard-pressed to find a better place or better people. The home is spacious and has four bedrooms, but we only occupy the master bedroom and are looking to share with the right person.
The property is approximately a 30-minute drive to Mascot and around 40 minutes to the CBD. Western Sydney University Campbelltown campus is just a 10–12 minute drive, making it ideal for students. Minto Station is a 15-minute drive, with access to both the Airport and Inner West (Redfern) lines, taking around 40 minutes to Central.
This place is best suited to someone with a car. You’ll have all the comfort you need, and the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful.

About the flatmates
We’re a couple in our early thirties with fairly busy schedules. We enjoy a good chat but are equally happy to give you your own space. We also have a cuddly cat, Milo, who may pop by from time to time when he’s hungry, he’s very much an outdoor cat at heart.
