I just moved into this beautiful two-bedroom town house located in Forest Lodge, with easy commute to CBD, universities and vibrant Glebe Point Road and Newtown. This is a very peaceful area with really good vibes on a quiet street, close to local stores, cafes, restaurants and parks.

This spacious two-level townhouse is situated in the peaceful and secure "Parkside Terraces" complex adjacent to Johnston's Creek Reserve. Only a short walk from the light rail, Tramsheds, parks and foreshore. It has an open plan living/dining with very comfy couches that flows to a leafy covered courtyard, and a well-appointed kitchen with modern appliances: ample cupboard space, huge fridge, and a dishwasher. You will enjoy a private bedroom, with ceiling fans, double bed and bedside tables, a desk and chair and a wardrobe. TV optional.
We'll be sharing a modern updated bathroom, equipped with shower. The house includes internal laundry with some storage.

Since I just moved in, I am flexible with furniture, if you have any furniture of your own that you would like to bring or anything that you would like to add to your room or remove from it, I am happy to chat and discuss options.

Room: $410 per week excluding bills.
