Hi, I have a bedroom with a queen bed and built in cupboards with mirrors on them available to rent. The house is a 1950s weatherboard cottage that is true to its age :). There is a huge back garden, shared bathroom, toilet and kitchen. We have a large lounge room and dining room. I live here with my 16 year old daughter Lola and our cat Ghost. I am very clean and tidy and vacumed and mop once a week. The rent includes bills including unlimited wifi. There is a washing machine, dryer, great shower pressure. There is a Coles supermarket 5 minutes walk away and the bus to the city, Chatswood, dee why is 5 minutes walk away too. It takes 30 minutes to get to Town Hall (centre of Sydney city) on the bus, 15 minutes to get to Dee Why Beach, 30 minutes to get to Macquarie Park on the bus and train. Perfect for a university student. It's a very safe area. We are a very happy, fun and friendly home. Only looking for another female for a short or long term rental.
