About the flatmates
You will be living two young professionals (on rotating shifts) who love spending time at home and outdoors (if the weather is good) during days off. Loves to cook and have good home cooked meals at home. We don't mind socializing but would like to spend some quiet time or "me-time" half of the time. Respectful with personal space, property and pretty chill.
We are looking for someone who is mature (mentally and emotionally), respectful, responsible (esp in paying dues), tidy, neat, organized and considerate of other people who they live with. Non smoker and non party goer (well at least not too much). Young professionals, university students or international students are welcome. Good referee or tenancy history is highly desirable. We can consider cats or small dogs as long as they are house broken
