We’re in a very quiet, leafy apartment block surrounded by lots of trees, giving the place a calm and relaxed feel. The apartment itself is cosy, spacious and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Located just a 5–10 minute walk to Manly, with the 199 bus stop only 100m away on Pittwater Road, providing easy access to Manly and Warringah Mall. The apartment is near the corner of Oliver Street and Pittwater Road.
The apartment is on the 3rd level, fully furnished, carpeted throughout and very comfortable. It includes a washing machine and dryer, plus an outdoor clothesline. The apartment block also features an outdoor pool.
WiFi and Apple TV are available. WiFi is split and costs $35 per month on top of rent.
I’m ideally looking for someone who is interested in a long-term stay and will enjoy a peaceful, comfortable home.

I’m quite active and spend a lot of time around Manly, enjoying the beach and the outdoors. I don’t mind cooking and occasionally have friends over for a BBQ or dinner 😋.
