The room is fully furnished with a comfy bed, desk, and wardrobe. It's definitely not a party house, so expect a peaceful environment.
A two weeks' bond and the first week rent will be required at the beginning of the week.
We've got two balconies - we usually use one for laundry, but we can adjust that if needed. And guess what? There's a separate washing machine for our unit in the common area.
The kitchen is well-equipped for your cooking needs.
The property is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Freshwater beach and a 10-minute walk from Queenscliff beach. You'll find an IGA nearby, along with multiple cafes and shops.
