About the property
A beautiful, fully furnished apartment with great access to Freshie and Manly.
Located on a quiet street, 5mins walk to the bus stop that takes you to the city, Manly, or other places around Northern beaches easily, and the best coffee shop in town.
It has an amazing view and beautiful but different sunsets every evening. You will get to hear and see a lot of beautiful Australian birds that live around us.
This apartment comes fully furnished, including the dish washer, laundry machine, dryer, washing machine A/C(and heater) and even a robotic vacuum cleaner so that we have less housework to do.
I am looking for a someone to rent my room while I’m overseas (13 Feb - 1 Mar), who can keep the room and house clean and tidy, maintaining it in its current condition. If you are a person who wants to leave your place how you found and find it how you left, don’t hesitate to message me :)
The rent for the whole period will be 800 and the bond will be 700. All bills included.
