About the flatmates
Hi! We’re Jemma and Frank, couple in our late 20s and early 30's and we’ll be sharing the flat and occupying 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Frank works in tech sales and I’m in tech consulting. We’re both hybrid, so we’ll be home around 2–3 days a week and are looking for someone who’s respectful of a calm, quiet vibe during work hours.
Outside of work we love being close to the beach, surfing, swims, coastal walks, plus games nights and cooking/eating great food. We’re easy-going and tidy, and we’d love a like-minded flatmate who’s chill, friendly, and up for the occasional drink or chat, but also happy doing their own thing.
The third bedroom (with a balcony overlooking Freshie Park) is available, and the location honestly couldn’t be closer to Freshwater Beach.
We also have a monthly cleaner included in the rent :)
