This apartment is absolutely gorgeous!
Having lived in the property for close to two years, I can say it's the best place I've ever called home.
My new housemate would receive the bedroom pictured, as well as the main bathroom to themselves. For context, the image contains a queen sized bed, so the room is very spacious and gets a lot of natural light and little environmental noise. The bedroom for rent is not furnished, however there is plenty of space for living and storage (the wardrobe is massive, and also contains plenty of drawer space)! You would also receive a secure underground parking space included.
The apartment itself is well furnished with all the amenities. Comfy couch, TV, large balcony, plenty of natural light! And the kitchen is fantastic, with a large island and oven, fridge and freezer included. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment as well.
Essentially all you would need to do is furnish your own room and everything else is taken care of!

I am a 28 year old working professional who is looking for someone new to move in with me and sublet a lovely bedroom/main bathroom. I am from Melbourne but moved to Sydney 8 years ago, and have been living in this property for almost 2 years.
I work in media advertising, and I'm in the office 3 days a week, and work from home 2 days a week.
I am a very active person. I compete in bodybuilding (but I'm not a meathead, don't worry) so I go for long walks and go to the gym 5-6 days a week. I enjoy lounging at home, playing video games, and tend to leave the house on weekends (but I'm not a big party animal - anymore haha).
I enjoy my alone time and respect space and privacy greatly. I would be looking for a housemate who does the same. Happy to have a chat and hang out whenever we have free time, but am also happy just sitting in silence or vibing.
