Come and live with me and my dog Billie in a beautiful 4 storey 2-bedroom house in the heart of Glebe. Close to Glebe Point Road, public transport, Broadway shopping centre, Sydney Uni, UTS, the CBD and Blackwattle Bay / Bicentennial Park.
The room is fully furnished and available for rent on a short-term basis for up to 2 months with the possibility to extend for the right person. All bills are included in the weekly rent.
The house has all the usual amenities / appliances and is fully furnished. Your bedroom is spacious, with built-ins, aircon, bed and a private balcony. The bedrooms are located on different levels with the 2nd bathroom next to your bedroom. This bathroom will be your own as I usually use the downstairs one. Street parking is available if you have a car.

I’ve recently finished studies and currently working on getting my fitness back.
