This is an amazing house in Glebe that has a beautiful private backyard, gym/hobby crafts room, and 2 car park permits. It has 2 private entrances (front foor and backyard), built in laundry and all the latest luxury appliances like dishwasher, dryer etc. It has a really large living area! Finally, it has very cool housemates (we did a poll between us, and the results were conclusive & unanimous ;)

About the flatmates
ABOUT US: We are looking for 1 housemate who is clean to join our beautiful & social house (we are 3 Australians & 1 Polish). It's a big home very central to city, uSyd, UTS etc. We're a mix of 2 full time jobs & 2 students. We like to relax in the hammock on the patio on sunny days, do some gardening/grow herbs in the backyard. The kitchen is newly renovated so you being clean & looking after everything is pretty important to us. About the area, we are really close to the Glebe foreshore park and walking track which is a great walk/run track after work/study. We also enjoy hiking around blue mountains, national parks & western Sydney. Lastly, we have several Kayaks in the house which are amazing and very fun to drop in the water and kayak around Sydney Harbour! Needless to say we're very accepting & friendly, looking to rent our available room to a housemate who is looking to stay long term & keep making this place a great home to come back to every day. There is more hobbies, but this section is getting too wordy.
