We are looking for our third housemate to join us at our fully-furnished Glebe apartment! Sadly, one of our housemates has decided to begin the next chapter of their life and will be leaving us in late February. The room will be available from February 22.

This is an amazing location – we’re on the top floor of the complex, overlooking Blackwattle Bay and the Anzac Bridge. There are two bus lines just a minute’s walk from the apartment: the 370, which takes you to Newtown and Coogee, and the 431, which goes straight into the city. The apartment is also within walking distance of a light rail stop and a ferry that goes directly to the city. You’ll also be close to great green spaces, cafes, and restaurants, and there are plenty of scenic running routes nearby.

The place comes with:

* Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, plus a small balcony off the kitchen
* Large living area with a spacious balcony and water views over the bay
* One renovated bathroom with shower (shared)
* Internal laundry
* Three bedrooms, two currently occupied by one female and one male both in their mid-20s

Parking: We have two off-street parking spots available, and we also have a permit for on-street parking. We’ve never had trouble finding a park.

Bills and internet are included in the rent and cover:

* Lounge TV with Google TV Chromecast and a range of streaming services
* A selection of board games available to play

You’ll be living with two full-time working professionals in our mid to late 20s – one female working in consulting and one male working in finance. We’re both chill and social. In our spare time, you’ll find us watching TV shows or movies, playing board games, travelling, playing guitar, and cooking. As a household, we also enjoy going out for a beer or getting an ice cream at the local Messina.

We’re a fun, social household – everyone’s got a lot going on during the week with work, but we like to hang out, socialise, and have friends over. We do like to keep the place clean and comfortable.

The available room has beautiful views, gets excellent natural light and airflow, includes built-in robes, and is fully furnished with a queen bed, mirror, and bedside table.

Our ideal housemate is someone around a similar age who would feel comfortable in this kind of relaxed, social environment. We enjoy each other’s company but also have our own lives and routines.
