About the flatmates
I'm an easy going 53 year old male, whose children have just left for Uni and am preferably looking for a tidy, easy going, independent person to share the apartment with. I am heavily into swimming and am out most days, most of the day, managing a local pool, squad or ocean swimming and am happy to introduce you to a squad and younger aged swimmers if that is your thing. I am a good cook and again, would be much more interested in someone prepared to share a bit of the cooking and a bottle of wine than a completely independent set-up. I am well travelled and speak Spanish.
The apartment is in a secure building, close to USYD and UTS, and I have experience with having students as housestays.
