Your own FULLY FURNISHED room in a vintage apartment just minutes away from the popular harbour foreshore. Easy walking distance to USyd, UTS, Notre Dame, cafes, shops and weekend markets.
This is an old-fashioned building without a lot of modern amenities, but the apartment has loads of character and being UPSTAIRS on the 1st floor means it's very secure.
Transit is SAFE at any hour of the day as the area is well-lit with steady pedestrian traffic, and buses go right past the front door ($3.50 gets you downtown). In The Glebe there is easy access to share e-bikes and cars.
The room is medium sized, gets some morning sun and is FULLY FURNISHED with a bed, robe, chest, desk, lamp and fan/heater (byo linen and toothbrush!). There are two windows above the doorways that enable a cross flow breeze to flow through your lovely room. There is some passing traffic at the front of the house and neighbours in close proximity, as we live in a high density neighbourhood. If you prefer a whisper-quiet environment, you should consider this.
Visitors rave about the spacious, retro-feel kitchen with loads of sunshine and house plants. If you can see yourself sitting at the kitchen table having a cup of tea, and if you think we'll be a good fit, please reach out.

- 100% vegetarian kitchen/household (zero animal meats). I understand you may choose to eat meat when you're out and about, but this is a karma-free kitchen
- we are unable to accommodate motor vehicles
- non-smoking household - there's no smoking in the building
- this is a quieter household as I work from home.

About the flatmates
SHARED COMMITMENTS
- must be willing to make a WEEKLY contribution to the household domestic chores e.g. mop the kitchen floor/take out garbage/clean the bathroom, etc. I'm happy to work as a team to get the job done. Alternatively, we can get a fortnightly house clean at additional cost.
- let's share the cost of consumable items for the bathroom.

MOVING OUT
