Beautiful townhouse in Glebe opposite Sydney University. A quiet street in an amazing location being 2 minutes from various bus stops, Victoria Park across the road which has a pool and the wonderful Glebe Point Road with many cafes etc. Close by a local shopping mall with supermarkets and a short walk to Central Station.
As you can see in the photos, there are two rooms available. They are both nice large rooms, easily fitting a double or queen bed, side tables, drawers, desk, tv etc. The furniture is available to use, or can be removed if you have your own items. It will be your own private room, only sharing bathroom and balcony with the other room. Perfect for a couple of friends wanting to live together, but have their own space!

About the flatmates
We are an easy-going bunch. We are aged between 28-31, we work as a restaurant host, chefs and social worker. Therefore not everyone is home at once. It is a very big house and two of the bedrooms have ensuites, so there is no feeling of being on top of each other. You will only be sharing a bathroom with each other! We enjoy music, cooking, swimming, playing Mario Party and going to pub trivia. We like to spend time together but also respect each other's space and privacy. Looking for someone who is social, but be aware this is not a party house. Being clean and tidy is a must and we request smoking to be kept outside.
