You’ll have your own bathroom with a bath, bedroom with an inbuilt wardrobe that has mirrors on both sliding doors. There’s a landing up stairs that hasn’t been furnished yet.
There’s a double garage, a small car could fit in otherwise the driveway fits my Ute and another Ute comfortably.
I’m very respect of privacy as I appreciate mine.

About the flatmates
I’m a 32 year old female. Currently here for a few years. My daughter comes and visits me a couple of times a year otherwise I got up to see her, she is 11. I have two dogs both extremely friendly one 9 years old and one 9 month old. One is a labradoodle and one a golden retriever. They are kept inside/outside but in with me when I’m home although baby gated to stay down stairs.
I’m clean and neat. I cook (meal prep) and work early mornings 0400 and home anywhere from 1400-1700. I gym daily before work but I am quiet. I do enjoy shitty tv of a night
I live an active life style and would appreciate no partying, no drugs/excessive alcohol and no smoking.
