This is a great location to live (safe, quite and convenient) and the apartment allows for easy cohabitation.
Ground floor give us a lovely patio/garden where I am trying my hand at gardening (some success, some not :-)
It is so quiet you wouldn't believe you are living on Pacific Hwy and with everything included you will easily be able to budget as you know that no bills will come in to shock you.
My dog is large but very friendly and as long as you ignore him he gets bored and will leave you alone. I take him for walks every morning and he has the garden so it all works out well.

I'm a 54yro single woman with a very friendly 40kg American Staffy. He is big, but boy is he friendly, goofy and just the biggest love bug.
I live a very quiet life where I walk my dog in the morning then either work or watch TV for the rest of the time.
This apartment is set up to allow for us to live together while being almost completely separated.
I see this opportunity best suited for a holiday maker or someone moving to Sydney who would like to live in a well appointed safe clean convenient location while they settle into their new city.
I am offering a fully furnished 1bedroom apartment with all utilities, all cleaning products, an under cover parking spot, Fetch TV, Netflix, bedding, towels...EVERYTHING is included (no not your food toiletries but toilet paper I buy) for $450 a week in GORDON close to the train station & shopping district.
I will also do the apartment cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, etc) once a week and once a fortnight I'll clean your bathroom. I don't need any stress about housework or bills so I will take care of all of it. All I ask is you tidy up after yourself in the kitchen etc (wipe bench rinse plate to put in the dishwasher).
If you come with a suitcase of personal items you can live here without missing out on anything else.
Truth is you could hold 6course sit down dinner or an all day BBQ (i pay for the gas) with the facilities I have here &; you will be welcome to do so.
