Hello my name is David, I'm looking for a flatmate to share my spacious modern 5 bedroom house located in Gregory Hills. My house is close to cafes, shops, restaurants, and public transport. It has a large open plan kitchen,living, dining area and shared bathroom. I occupy the main bedroom and have a room for my children. One of the spare rooms is currently used as a home gym. I'm currently full time employed and work every second weekend. In my free time I enjoy going to the gym, playing tennis, and occasional movie nights at home. I'm quite sociable and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere at home. I maintain a clean and tidy household and take care of all the house maintenance. I'm looking for a flatmate who is quiet and tidy and willing to have my kids over every second Friday, Saturday, Sunday. I would prefer a non smoker and i don't mind having pets. I value respect for privacy and shared responsibilities.
