The room includes:

• Walk-in wardrobe
• Queen-size bed and mattress
• Generous space and natural light
There are two other bedrooms upstairs that are currently empty, so the upstairs area is very quiet and open. My room is downstairs in the garage with its own external access, which means you’ll have a lot of space and privacy to yourself upstairs.
The house is fairly new and lightly furnished, giving it a calm, relaxed, easygoing vibe. I’m very chill, calm, and easy to get along with, and I’m looking for someone respectful and tidy who values a peaceful home.
The area is a modern, private part of Gregory Hills, close to gyms, shopping centres, cafes, restaurants, and all major conveniences.
Rent: $350 per week
Bond: $700 (2 weeks)
