- big room with an air conditioner, greater than 4x4m space
- smaller office sized room 2.5x3m no air conditioning
I do have a cat but the litter will not be in any shared spaces
Shared spaces:
- kitchen (although you will have a fridge to yourself)
- Bathroom
- Lounge room
The house is furnished but for the 2 rooms I’m offering which will be empty, I can offer some cupboard space and shelving if needed. And can organise other furniture if needed.
Travel:
- bus then train: 1 hour to central station Sydney.
- driving: 30 minutes to Sydney 30 minutes to Penrith
