I help manage this modern 10-bedroom duplex in Guildford West, and we’re currently looking for respectful, easy-going tenants to join a well-set-up co-living home.
The property is a brand-new build, split across two houses within the duplex, with a total of 10 private rooms (5 in each house). The home is very modern throughout and includes centralised heating and cooling, keeping things comfortable year-round.
The location is super convenient — close to cafes, shops, and restaurants, and around a 20-minute walk to Guildford Train Station, making it easy to get around without a car.
There’s also a small outdoor area with cooking facilities, perfect for casual meals or relaxing outside. The house is fully set up for co-living, with everything included — furniture, appliances, kitchenware, and household essentials — so you can move in and settle in easily.
The property is well looked after, with cleaners attending regularly to help maintain shared spaces. We do ask that all tenants still clean up after themselves and follow basic house rules so the home remains tidy and comfortable for everyone.
