About the flatmates
We’re a friendly couple living in a spacious penthouse apartment in Haymarket, and we’re looking for a friendly flatmate to join us. Both of us are office professionals working 9–5.
Daniel (25) day job is a Business Development Executive in Fintech and have a side hustle as a DJ / Producer for his night-time activity and the weekend, if you're into EDM you and him definitely going to get along. Also if you don't mind hearing strange EDM noises when he produce, you can always let him know if it's too loud, he can put on his headphone or turn the speaker down.
Linh (27) is a Business Development Representative in the IT/AI API space, she loves cat and is a very bright and fun person to be around. she love girls hangout and we are looking for a female, Linh could use a friendly friend when Daniel is busy chasing his passion producing music.
Pets aren’t generally allowed, with the exception of well‑behaved cats, as the shared living areas are furnished and we’d like to keep everything in good condition.
The kitchen, dining and living areas, laundry room, and downstairs bathroom are shared spaces pre-furnished, you just need a mattress in your room and it should be it.
There are alot of pre-furnshied stuff in the house that we are happy to share, send us a message if you're intereted
