About the flatmates
Hi my name is Gary and I work in financial services in the city. This apartment is in Haymarket next to Chinatown and the trams and as you can see its a great place to be apart off.
I dont really have any rules except keep the place semi clean doesnt have to be perfect..its important to let people know its there place just as mine and it seems to work well.
If your a couple its 450 per week.. i pay all the bills. Great place to live. I do ask if im in an important meeting to quiet it down but otherwise you do what you want. I also have another room available for 375 plus deposit.
Gas electricity and internet are included.
