Room for Two People Available – Central Location in Chinatown / Haymarket
We are looking for two people to move into our flat. This room is perfect for a couple or two friends, as we are specifically searching for two tenants together.
The minimum rental period is six months, but moving out earlier is possible if you find a suitable replacement tenant.
Currently, three other people live in the flat: one German guy and two people from India. Everyone is very friendly, respectful, and quiet, creating a calm and pleasant living atmosphere.
The location is amazing – right in Chinatown / Haymarket, very central. A Coles supermarket and the World Square shopping center are just 2 minutes away, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and public transport nearby.
The room comes with:
