The apartment has its own private washing machine located just outside the apartment door (in the floor’s common laundry area). It is not shared with other apartments only between the two flatmates. Clotheslines are available downstairs.

The location is very convenient. Bus stops to the city and Redfern are right in front of the building. The apartment is next to Southpoint Shopping Centre, which includes Woolworths, ALDI, Chemist Warehouse, cafés, restaurants, shops, a post office, a medical centre, and free parking. There is also plenty of unrestricted street parking in the area – perfect for those with a car.
Westfield Eastgardens is just a 15-minute walk or a short bus ride away. Heffron Park is located directly across the street and offers a pool, gym, soccer fields, tennis and netball courts, the Heffron Centre, and many other recreational facilities. Maroubra Beach is only a 5-minute drive, or you can catch a bus from Heffron Park or Eastgardens.
