I’ve added my own personal touch to this place changing up the rooms and giving them some colour. It’s about 20 minutes off the city which isn’t too far off enough for you to get in and out without any issues. Train station is very local. You can go to Homebush or you can go to Stratfield depending on which one good restaurants around. Lots of gyms if you’re into fitness good thing about this place. There’s lots of natural lighting which I really like. You get sunlight right until late in the evening fresh air. All the time. Air-conditioning is available. I do have a ducted air-conditioning which can be turned off in specific zones. Feel free to ask anything else that I may not have mentioned. They could be street parking available. You may have to get a permit for the local streets around. If you do have a car. Place on level three right at the end so we only have one neighbour next to us.

About the flatmates
Hey I’m Daniel looking for an easy-going flatmate who’s clean and tidy likes to have a bit of fun hanging out with friends having a drink every now and then. I work full-time with one day working from home which is generally a Friday during the week, I am quite busy. I do get up early and might come home a bit later during the week. I’m into fitness. I like hanging out with friends or friends like coming to mine. I like entertaining as well not all the time but within reason. I do also have a dog who is very friendly and loves pats so if you can deal with her being around the house that would be lovely. She keeps to herself but just as an FYI. Everything is pretty much here. What I currently have in the room that’s shown his a spare bed that can be removed which is an an issue. I currently use this room as my study and if I have anybody sleeping over they have somewhere to sleep so you’re welcome to bring your own bed. Whatever you wish to furnish your room. You have your own bathroom which is the main bathroom of the house. If you’re keen guess we can meet up just to see how the vibes are what you’re like what I’m like what do you do for work etc
