About the property
A room available in a leafy suburb Hornsby Heights (near Montview Parade). Just 10 mins drive from Hornsby. You will be sharing the space with our family—two adults, a 12-year-old child, and our friendly Golden Retriever.
Your room is away from our family rooms as shown on the map so you will have your privacy.
We have two bathrooms, and you'll be sharing one with one of the family members or with another guest.
It is a fully equipped house with central AC and heating. The room has a study table too.
We're located about 15 minutes (bus ride) from Hornsby Station, where you can catch a train to the city in 35 to 45 minutes.
Please note:
Our well-behaved Golden Retriever does shed hair.
As we have a dog and a child, the house may not be spotless at all times.
We kindly ask that you only book if you're comfortable with this.
No smoking, please.
Lot of trails and bushwalks in the surrounding area and couple of the trails are on the walking distance. Nearby attractions include Crosslands Reserve, Lisgar Gardens, Fagan Park, and Bobbin Head, perfect for outdoor lovers.
Rent: $350 per week including bills for one person and $450 for two persons.

Bus: 596 across the street, goes to Hornsby. Total time: around 15 mins to hornsby or 10 mins drive.
Parking : Off-street or small car (hatchback) can be parked next to the carport (uncovered).

We’re a South Asian family who’ve been living in Sydney for over 18 years. Our household includes two adults, a 12-year-old child, and a friendly 4-year-old Golden Retriever. I work full-time, partly from home.
We’re looking to share our home with a non-smoker and dog-friendly person who would treat the space with care and respect. We're happy to share the common areas and are hoping to find someone who values a warm, clean, and considerate living environment.
