About 17 - 19 min walk to Hurstville train station and shopping centre or easy few min bus ride with bus stop just around the corner. Also close to cafes, library and aquatic centre.

Rent is $250 per week which includes bills and internet, given that the use is reasonable (note: If you want to use heater in the winter you will need to pay extra). Rent is payable fortnightly, 2 weeks in advance. Bond is 2 weeks rent.

Friendly housemates. Most are out of the house most of the time. Bathroom is shared with two other girls.

I have dogs (Spoodle & Cavoodle) and cats living in the house, so the new housemate must be ok with pets. They are clean, friendly and well looked after.

Please note, it's a clean and quiet house. No parties, no frequent visits and no overnight stays please. Preferer someone who does not cook often as it is 5 ppl in the house in total and some rooms are very close to the kitchen.
