Hello and welcome to our little suburban haven.
This house is a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home. It's a beautiful light filled home with a lovely garden/yard and lots of plants.
🚘Lots of safe street parking.
🚌 10 min walk to the nearest bus stop
🚊 5 mins drive OR 14 mins bicycle ride OR 40 mins walk, to Norwest metro station.
🏃♂️ 35 minutes metro ride to the city from Norwest Station.
Only 4 rooms are & will be fully occupied. The 5th bedroom is a permanent guest bedroom for any guests of all housemates. (Reasonable stay expected).
The bedroom is a 3.2m x 3.1m room with inbuilt wall to wall wardrobe and mirror doors.
The bathroom is to be shared with only 1 other lady and your or her occassional guest.
There's a rumpus next to the bedroom that can be used as an office space or living area as agreed with the other housemates.

About the flatmates
You'll be living with 3 ladies. 29-30 years old
We all enjoy a good movie/show together now and again and celebrate each other's birthdays and special holidays together, but enjoy our personal time as well.
We're 2 full time workers and 1 student who works part time and some night shifts. I'm the only one who works hybrid and I'll be travelling a lot for work, same thing with one other housemate who's a travelling nurse for now.
We're respectful, easygoing and clean up after ourselves and we're looking for someone similar minded. Though we enjoy the very rare and occasional gathering, this is not a loud or party home.
