About the flatmates
You will be living with a 45 yo man who works a lot.
He will be away 6.30 am to 6 pm mostly Monday to Friday, and he does get out and about a lot on weekends as well.
He values privacy and a peaceful environment when he is home.?xx
You will be having your own room with its private bathroom, and use of all common areas including a great verandah with BBQ, a wonderful swimming pool, kitchen and laundry.
The rooms are across a corridor from each other, and do not have any communicating walls.
Kitchen and living room are situated on the lower level of the house, which opens up to the beautiful verandah with pool access.
Bills are included in rent, unless constant use of aircon or heating systems will bump them up significantly.
He is sharing custody of a shy cat with me (I am the one who is moving out), so the cat will be staying at the house every now and then.
No parties evening time/late night.
