The tenants are mostly Asian university students, primarily Chinese.

Double rooms have two single beds. All rooms are fully furnished.

Hot water in the bathroom is continuously heated by a gas water heater. Wireless internet is available with an NBN unlimited data plan at 250 Mbps. The kitchen is gas-powered and can accommodate two people cooking simultaneously.

This location is popular with students. The landlord does not live in the property.

Rent: Single room: A$ 355-380 per week.

Double room: A$ 520 per week.
