About the property

The apartment is a bright, tidy 2-bedroom place on the top floor of a small block in Kingsford. It’s fully furnished apart from the room on offer, which can fit a queen bed and a desk comfortably. Has built in wardrobe (hanging space only, but can fit drawers in) The rest of the place has everything you need — full kitchen, shared bathroom, downstairs laundry, and a balcony that gets great sunlight.

Being in the top floor of the apartment would be inconvient for anyone with disablities.

It’s a quiet, secure block with nice neighbours. We’re a short walk to UNSW, Prince of Wales Hospital, and light rail/bus stops that go straight to the city or the beach. It’s located between Randwick and Maroubra, 5 minutes to Coogee — Super central to everything you would need. Street parking is usually easy to find too.

Rent is including internet, and the utility bills are split evenly.

Rent is currently $335 ($670 split) and is increasing to $360 ($720 split) in February

About the flatmates

Hi, I’m 28 and working full-time on a rotating roster (rail industry). I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with - usually pretty quiet at home but always down for a chat, shared meal, or movie night. I like watching YouTube, movies or sport, reading, making art, and cooking (mostly for other people).

Looking for someone who’s also clean, considerate, and values a calm, relaxed home. Not a huge party house, but friendly and social is ideal.

I’ve previously lived here with my sister, my friend Nini, and most recently with my friends Ollie & Bec. I’ve always gotten along really well with female flatmates, so I feel comfortable in that dynamic - but I’m just looking for someone chill and easy to live with.
