I am a 33 y/o man living in Derby Street, Kingswood. I work as a full time nurse.
I love my weekend for my other personal duties , grocery, laundry, cleaning the house ( it’s our space and it’s good to keep it clean ) plus going out to gym, stroll and meeting up my mates.
My place is neat and organised. Fully furnished with the necessities needed for day to day life, Microwave, fridge, washing machine, oven, rice cooker, iron, kettle and comes with set of dishes and cutleries you’ll
need.

-Excess water bill, day to day cleaning supplies and toilet rolls are to be shared.

I love my quiet time after work, but of course like a good chat over a beer
if that permits!
I have a small dog (Mr Bean) that stays outside most of the time.

Rooms comes with a bed and bedside table and an open closet , nil sliding mirror installed, you will need your own stuff for your beddings. The flooring will be updated before you move plus paint re-touch is expected by next year.
