About the property
I'm a 23 y.o., 2nd year Usyd medical student at nearby Nepean Hospital hoping to rent out my spare room. The entire apartment is furnished and your room with a double bed. It's a large, ensuite room with plenty of storage with 2 built in wardrobes. This is a 3 bed apartment with the 3rd room currently used as a basic home gym setup.

I am about a 10min walk to Kingswood station, 15mins to nepean hospital and about 15mins to western syd uni.
Safeway and all accompanying cafes/restaurants/shops at Caddens corner are about a 3min drive away. Great running places at our doorstep as well!
There is also a reserved, secure underground parking space included.
Superfast unlimited internet of 500mpbs. bills are not included, which will be about 30-40 a week each.

I keep myself busy with reading, running, music and throwing weights around when I don't have work to do. Love to cook new things as well and share what I whip up!
I'm friendly and considerate, but also value my own space. Always up for a chat and a laugh, or a beer/coffee/meal rather than being entirely transanctional, but not looking for a party house either. Would prefer someone also early in their education or career journey who's clean, respectful and communicates well.
