About the property
Looking for a long term housemate to join us in our lovely apartment in Kirribilli. The room will be unfurnished but can fit a double bed and desk, with a built in mirrored wardrobe with aircon.
We are about 5 minutes from the Milsons Point ferry and train station, so traveling anywhere is pretty convenient.
Apartment features:
Kitchen: You will have a shelf in the fridge and the pantry, and there is a IGA 5 minutes down the road. We have an airfryer, oven, stove and coffee machine.
Bathroom: Shower only
Outside: Big private balcony and a shared back garden
Lounge: TV with netflix, dining table and chairs, we have a well stocked games cupboard
Bills are shared equally and usually paid monthly, recently it has been about $70 per month but can change seasonally

Rio, 5, our very friendly cat who loves to sit on your lap on the couch
We are all pretty neat and tidy so looking for someone who can cleanup after themselves, but also happy to occasionally do other peoples dishes or clean the communal spaces without needing to have a cleaning roster. We love to chat, play games or watch tv in the evenings but usually have the TV off by 9.30 so that anyone who wants to go to sleep can on a weeknight. Very welcoming for people who want to have their friends over and to all hang out together.
