Lovely recently modernised townhouse in Kirribilli with a sunny back yard. Inside there’s a large living area with a comfy couch and a dining area for entertaining.
Just a 4 minute walk to the train station, 5 min walk to the ferry or a 2 minute walk to shops and restaurants, this is the perfect location for anyone working on the lower north shore or in the city.
We all help out with cleaning and tidying both inside and outdoors to ensure the upkeep of our home. We generally do our own thing for food but happy to eat together and enjoy a glass of wine if we happen to be home at the same time.

About the flatmates
Hi, I’m Sharon and I’m originally from the UK. I work in finance and I split my week with a couple of work from home days and the rest in the office. Outside of work I’m either running, working out, out with friends for breakfast or long lunches or winding down with Netflix (early to bed, early to rise kind of person – I love a sunrise walk!).
My other house mate is Laura who is an Aussie but just moved back from the Uk after 7 years living in the big smoke in London!
Both of us love a chat and a glass of wine but we also both value our down time so looking for someone similar.
We also have an outdoor cat... Her name is Kitty and she is half Tabby half Siamese. She is hypoallergenic so doesn’t affect anyone with a cat allergy and she’s a very placid cat who loves nothing more than to sleep in the sun or to have her belly rubbed. You will generally find her out in the back yard having a nap on a chair.
We’re preferably looking for a professional female aged 30+ who is in a permanent role and working full time. (No students or working holiday visas) and it would be great if you are already fairly settled in Sydney and looking for a longer term stay.
