Your room fits a queen bed (double is better) and has built-in robes, you get your own bathroom and your room is private - opposite side of the apartment from me.

Kitchen has waterfall counter, and built in appliances including dishwasher and microwave (all newly installed from Feb 2025). Your bathroom has plenty of cabinet space and shelving with new hardware/tiling. Whole place is modern.

I renovated the balcony this year (2025; pictured) and added wooden tiles / turf and furnished it. It's nice to sit out there, apartment is pretty much always sunny (level 9, north-facing) and the balcony is big, all the lights are solar-powered. Will be starting a garden soon (mostly succulents).

⭐️ For commute; 17 mins bus ride to CBD, or you can catch a bus 2 mins opp direction and catch the Metro from North Ryde (super fast, goes virtually everywhere)
⭐️ For shops; there's 18 mins bus to Macquarie Centre, Metro to Chatswood CBD is 10 mins, Lane Cove Shopping village is also about 10 mins bus, Birkenhead Point (designer stores) is $15 uber/didi and 20 mins away + you can catch the same 17 mins bus to CBD for Pitt Street Mall / The Strand / QVB.
⭐️ Beach; recommend driving to northern beaches (Manly, Freshwater) which is 40 mins and best to catch Metro for Bondi / Coogee (change at Central) to avoid traffic.
