About the flatmates
My name is Chris (34 years old) and work full-time in HR.
I’ve taken a new lease in Lewisham from the 21/02. It’s a relatively newly built apartment (2 generous sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Facilities include a pool, sauna and gym. It’s in a great area, with the light rail and train station within a minutes walk. I’ll be fully furnishing the place myself with brand new appliances and furnishings.
- Rent $480 per week (Includes Internet)
- Gas/Electricity not included
- Deposit $1,920 + $200 (Swipe Card + Key) = $2,120
- Four (4) weeks notice if moving out
- You'll get your own bathroom and the spare bedroom can easily fit a kingsize bed, it runs large and comes with a large built in waredrobe
Little information on me
- I work in a stable and secure job and work from home 4 days a week (Wednesday I’m in the office)
- I have high cleaning and hygiene standards i.e shoes off in the house
- I am easy to get a long with, quiet and humble, however yet always enjoy making time for a conversation about almost any topic or discussion
- I enjoy cooking/baking and enjoy participating in recreational hobbies such as soccer, tennis, watching netflix series, and practicing mindfulness and meditation
