About the flatmates
This room is ONLY for a Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese / English speaking) or Asian lady working or studying. (No males thanks).
Rent is $350 per week (see details below).
4 weeks bond is required plus the first week or two of rent when moving in.
You will have your own lockable bedroom, sharing the rest of the unit with a nice, tidy, clean, quiet Chinese lady and her partner.
Gas cooktop for cooking and well kept clean unit.
Good size clean room for rent (2.8m x 3.7m including the built in mirrored wardrobe).
Desk, chair and single OR double bed is supplied in the room or you can bring your own bed. Plenty of storage space in the built in wardrobe.
The unit is less than 10 minutes walk to Lidcombe train station, Dooleys club and local shops. Auburn shops, Lidcombe centre and Costco are near by (only a short drive, bus or train ride away).
Lidcombe pools is a short 5 minutes walk away.
The rent includes the electricity (conditions apply), gas and water bills.
The building is a secure place with a colour camera intercom, security cameras around the outside of it. Plenty of free street parking.
Bankstown, Parramatta and DFO Homebush aren’t too far away by car, bus or train ride.
Good location, the train line is near by but the bedroom is on the other side of the building so the trains are too noisy.
