Hi,
It's modern apartment which is close to Bus stop which goes to Strathfield, Burwood, Rhodes & Parramatta directly.
You will be using your own room with your own bathroom.
There are facilities such as place to do BBQ, Gym, swimming pool, spa & sauna.
The place is quiet, relaxing and great for chill after work or study.
You will be living with myself, my wife and my cat.
Lastly I have a cat so I will only accept who can be friendly and not to be afraid with cat and I am full time worker so will be busy during the weekdays.
Looking forward to find someone who is sensible and responsible person who will be working or studying in Sydney.
Please note, 320 per Week and will require 4 week deposit + 350 key deposit.
